I'm giving myself this weekend to recover (hoping that allergies and exhaustion pass), then I'll be joining you in the intervals!! In terms of breathing, I like to do a short run (less than two miles) without music and make a rhythm out of my breathing. I'll do it every so often to make sure I keep it a habit. Does that make sense? :)<br /><br />I love all of your meals!
