Rice and Beans!

  3. I highly recommend making it like this. 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1/2 cup cooked beans (I used kidney), generous handful of spinach and broccoli (both steamed) and 2 tbsp salsa heated together and topped with 1/2 avocado. It is now a staple lunch for me!
