Lunch: Rice with roasted chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast. Served with a side of cherries.
Dinner: Chopped salad with all the usual suspects.

I am loving the cherries lately. The salad looks great! I hear you on the workout - well, actually I don't - it has been so hot I don't even want to attempt yoga lately...but I WOULD hear you on the workout.

ReplyDeleteFF - I am addicted to cherries. I LOVE them! The salad is my favorite and for some reason I highly prefer chopped salads to regular tosses salads. I also used to do Bikram yoga so this heat is nothing for me ;) Although running in stifling heat isn't pleasant.
SV- nah I usually graze on snacks throughout the day like a few nuts or a piece of fruit or larabar or fruit leather. Usually on the go though so I don't really photograph it. it also depends on the day!
Alessandra: I have never had muesli so I'm not really sure :( Overnight oats are basically oats that soak in liquid overnight and they absorb the liquid and it makes them soft like they are cooked. I like to eat it cold because I get to eat oatmeal during the summer but don't want to cook it! You can eat it any time of day.
