Boring Day

Nothing too exciting about today's meals...


Breakfast: Blueberry Muffin overnight oats.  Same overnight oat recipe from the smoothie with fresh blueberries added in the AM.

Midmorning: Iced Coffee



Lunch: Stir-fry with rice

Post workout: Protein Shake


Dinner: Roasted cauliflower, roasted chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes

  2. Roasted chickpeas and cauliflower both make better two already awesome foods.
    I bought chia seeds today so I'm hoping to replicate some of your oats!

  3. SV - Thanks! I'm sure there was stuff in there along the way, I don't even remember!

    FF - I am totally addicted to roasted chickpeas right now. Yay for chia seeds! If I'm not using chia seeds i'm using flaxseed meal (much more accessible and affordable) for a boost in omegas. Yay oats1
