I started off my day today with a 3 mile run which surprisingly felt great! After work I had a training session which also felt good so I'm really happy with my workouts today.
I know I promised I wouldn't post recycled pics but today I have to because I decided that posting a recycled pic is better than not posting at all, so I apologize for that :(
Anyway, check out the noms.
Breakfast (post run): gluten free oats with ground flax, raisins, walnuts and coconut. I think this may be my new favorite combo!!
Snack: Iced coffee and a peach.
Lunch: Rice and beans with some veggies. So good!
Snack: Lemon Larabar. One of my favorites!!
Post workout: Protein Shake
Dinner: I'm house sitting for my bro tonight and there was no food here so I decided to order Thai food. This is "spicy" mixed veggies with tofu. It is good but not anywhere near as spicy as I'd like. It is also much greasier than I'm used to so I feel really full and there is a ton left so I'll eat it for lunch tomorrow.

I love all your bowls: "Vegan" and "soup." Also, what do you usually put into your protein shakes?
ReplyDeleteThanks :) My protein shakes are simple: 1 cup almond milk blended with 1 scoop of gemma pea protein isolate and 1 heaping tbsp brown rice protein. The two types mix to form a complete protein. Since I drink it before a meal I don't add fruit or I won't eat dinner until late which I don't like doing.
