Breakfast: Fruit salad of cantaloupe, grapes and strawberries
Midmorning: Bucket of iced coffee and a banana
Lunch: Brown rice, roasted chickpeas, roasted cauliflower and sun-dried tomatoes.
Dinner: Ugly but tasty stir-fry.
Pretty decent day. Breakfast was my favorite, it was so refreshing!
I really love the lunch. I've been eating a lot of sundried tomatoes lately too.

ReplyDeleteThe fruit 'salad' is so pretty. All you need is a non-Tupperware container for dinner and it's all hard-core food porn.
