Breakfast: Oats with raisins, walnuts and coconut. Noms. Made with 1/3 cup oats.
Lunch: chopped salad. The sun-dried tomatoes are always the best part!
Dinner: Crispy tofu with avocado and tomato salad and some refreshing cantaloupe. I'm not supposed to eat fruit this late in the day but I'm totally breaking the rules tonight.
So it seems like I'm on the mend. Tomorrow I do my first 3 mile run and hopefully I'll get through it ok :)
I haven't had any melon yet this spring/summer. That should be remedied soon. Have a good run!
ReplyDeleteThanks I hope it goes well. I'm not a good runner but I'm definitely getting better the more miles I put in. I am a total fruit whore...I probably eat too much of it but I love it. I try and eat it in the morning because it is when it is best digested. See what they have the next time you hit the farmer's market. I've been into watermelon and berries lately. Summer must be here! ;)
