Anyway, here is the grub!
Breakfast: Oats with cinnamon, flax, banana and sliced almonds.
Midmorning snack: Iced coffee and some watermelon and pineapple.
Lunch: Picked up because I was too lazy to cook more than one meal this morning...and the oats won. Rice and beans and the veggie of the day: zucchini cooked with tomato and tons of garlic. Yum.
Afternoon snack: Lemon Larabar
Post-workout: Protein Shake
Dinner: Veggie Plate (carrots, grape tomatoes, snow peas, dolma, cucumber) with hummus. YUM. It was perfect because I wasn't super hungry after the protein shake. Maybe I'll snack on some almonds later if I get hungry.
I have to work a wedding tomorrow so I probably won't be able to post. Hope you all have a great Saturday though!
Everything looks really great today including that surprising zucchini/rice dish! I also love a good snacky dinner plate. I should eat dolmas more often.

ReplyDeleteThanks :) OMG I know it is going to be really hot. July is the busiest month of the year because all of the teachers get married in July...and it is SO HOT.
