Just Breakfast

Hey everyone! I was out all day today so all I have to show you is breakfast.  Sorry!

I had some Raisin and Walnut baked oatmeal (it stayed together this time!) with the other half of the banana that I used in the oatmeal. So delicious, I love this meal.

I ate some grilled veggies at my niece's big first birthday party but didn't take a pic. I'll probably snack on something later since I barely ate anything today.

Sorry so short but I'm exhausted. So bummed the weekend is over already!

  1. Me, too! The weekend goes by so quickly. Luckily we only have to work two days this week (hallelujah!). Will work continue to be busy during the week for you?

The oatmeal is really inspiring; I haven't had time yet to bake oatmeal, so hopefully I'll get to it this week!

I bet your niece was so excited for her party!

  2. I'm jealous, I only have Thanksgiving off! Although I will appreciate every minute of that day off :) I love Thanksgiving! Wedding season is going to slow to a halt but we are busy catching up on the editing from the summer in the studio so it is always busy. The baked oatmeal is amazing, definitely give it a try if you have time! ANd my niece was such a cutiepants I can't even deal with her :)

  3. Oh yeah, I keep forgetting you Americans are in the midst of Thanksgiving! Hope it was a gooder. I don't even think I've ever seen baked oatmeal, but anything that looks like a giant cookie has to be what breakfast dreams are made of.

  4. Baked oatmeal is so much more enticing than the cereal-style...in my opinion. Looks like a flapjack!

Too bad you don't get a 4-day weekend over the Thanksgiving, but hopefully things will be a little bit more chilled at work on Fri.
