I had some really good eats today too. I've been feeling really yucky lately because I've been resorting to more processed quick foods so I'm really making an effort to prepare in advance and get back to my clean diet. I think I did pretty well today, the only processed thing I ate was the gf english muffin and it was so worth it :)
Breakfast: Oatmeal with ground flaxseed, banana, raisins and cinnamon.
Lunch: GF english muffin with 1/2 avocado (smashed to make it easier to eat) and tomato, pepper and some sea salt...served with some grapes.
Snack: Handful of garlic and herb cashews
Dinner: Roasted chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, and some sesame tofu...I didn't like the monochromatic beigeness of this photo so I peeled a carrot to eat as well. It was all yummy.
Pretty yummy day today. Hopefully tomorrow will just as good...and I have a feeling it will be :) Hopefully the soreness starts to subside soon too.
