Keeping My Head Above Water...

Hey everyone, this is going to be a quick post because I'm super tired from a crazy week/weekend at work.  Nothing interesting to eat today but I figured I'd share anyway.

Breakfast: Oats, cinnamon, coconut, walnut, and banana.

Midmorning snack: Iced coffee and a fruit salad of watermelon, grapes and nectarine.

Lunch: Stir fry

Afternoon snack: Key Lime Larabar

Post workout: Protein Shake

Dinner: Chopped Salad


  1. My day was pretty much the same - unexciting but tasty always oats and salad. Key Lime Larabar is a great flavor!

  2. I LOVE the key lime, it is probably my favorite! The old stand-by can get boring but it is reliable, especially when time is short and it is too hot. I'm going to go grocery shopping tomorrow so hopefully I'll find new stuff to try out. ANd I'm hoping to pick up a Raw Food "Cook"book. Is it really a cookbook if it is all raw?
