Breakfast was the same as yesterday - honeycrisp apple, peanut butter, raisins and cinnamon. SO GOOD.
Midmorning snack - I'm planning on my first pumpkin spice latte of the season! I've been waiting all year for this ;)
I threw some leftovers in a tupperware with some rice for lunch - this rice bowl consists of brown rice, leftover roasted cauliflower and string beans and the last 2 pieces of sesame tofu all cut up.
I know that recycled pics are frowned upon but I haven't even bought the salad yet so I feel like my only other option is no pic (and I don't like that option) so here's diner! I plan on getting a chopped salad with greens, cucumber, carrot, sun-dried tomatoes and portabello mushrooms. Mmm.
